QuestionI have 3 questions. 1) is it relatively quiet? 2) Is the program stored on the device or does it get controlled over the web? Curious how it works not connected. Last, if the power goes out and the internet is dead, does it remember what to do?

- Answer I think their last 2 questions are about managing a home remotely, such as a winter home. What happens when the power goes out and nobody is on site to reset it or manage it?

- Answer 41 degrees F is the lowest it can be set to. You must turn the unit OFF to go lower than that.

- Answer Yes! Mysa is designed to allow multiple users access - you can use the Shared Access feature to give individual access to both accounts.

- Answer 41 F is the lowest "on" setting available. You can shut the unit off to go lower than that.

- Answer Hi Sam, Mysa for V2 is 40% smaller and includes ambient and proximity light detection. Mysa for V1 however does utilize TRIAC technology vs. Relay technology which can help to maintain the room temperature slightly more accurately. If comfort is your most important priority V1 may be best. However, if you prefer a smaller size and more technology V2 is for you!
