Try resetting the controller, changing the thumbpads
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you’re past the return window look on YouTube and there are plenty of videos on how to tear down and clean or replace the joysticks. Sometimes you’ll get some stick drift even if it’s just gotten dirty inside the controller from dust, pet hair, etc. I got a ps4 controller that had stick drift and so I took it apart, cleaned it, and used a q-tip to oil the parts with some hair clipper oil, and it’s been working for nearly a year with no issues at all. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You either got a faulty controller or your deadzone is way too low
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly you’re better off returning it and getting your money back. It’s just not worth 199. You can get the same productivity out of a ps4 controller with extended thumb sticks and the ps4 back button attachment.
