Q: QuestionCan I use speakers that I have installed in my ceiling rather than the included rear channel speakers?

Q: QuestionAre the rear speakers wireless or do they have a cable that connects to the subwoofer? Also is this unit DOLBY ATMOS ready or does it need a firmware update?

• A:Answer The subwoofer is wireless and the rear speakers plug into the subwoofer with the included RCA plugs and wire. The firmware comes out next week making it Dolby Atmos capable.

Q: QuestionIs the 7.2 still available? If not,, can you buy an additional bass speaker to add to the 7.1? Would the 7.1 accept the two basses? Would it work? Thanks, Bob.

• A:Answer sadly, you cannot add a second subwoofer to the 7.1. you need to get the 7.2 model instead.

Q: QuestionI have 2 systems in 2 rooms and they keep cross connecting to the sub. Can I lock in a connection to a sub? Or something else to keep the correct sub connected to the correct soundbar?

• A:Answer You buy the soundbar system, the directions tell you step by step what brand and size of USB to use to download the firmware update, then you unzip it, and install it into the back of the soundbar itself. It is very specific about brand, size and it must be USB 2. I don't remember the details, but it tells you specifically on their website.

• A:Answer Yes, this system allows you to easily hear voices and vocals loud enough to hear over the music. There are many options to change your settings on the 50 button remote which we love. You can also customize your settings and save them into 2 memory buttons on the remote. Lovely.
