I preordered the series x mamba version and after a few days of waiting for it I never got the digital code. I went on the phone with them and they told me I had to wait for the series x console to come out. Best buy either told me wrong or I'm just never getting it.

Please try again later.WRONG: I purchased this version online through BestBuy.com and unfortunately they do not have any download codes for the bonus Standard Edition of 2K21. I've been calling their digital download department every single day since September 4th and all they can tell me is that the next gen game is pre-order and has yet to be released. They claim to have a case open with the provider (assuming 2K) and waiting for a response from them. I have friends that purchased this game directly from the xbox store on the Xbox or the Playstation store direction on the playstation and they were able to download and play the standard version instantly. This appears to be an issue with 2K for not releasing the bonus content, other retailers are having the same exact issue and have no answers for their customers. GameStop being one of them, this has been a terrible experience and I will never purchase another digital game from BestBuy.
