Why do you sell garbage but not support it? null

Sorry to hear you don’t like the Neato robot. I have had mine for years with up grades, I now have the D7. Thru the years I had troubles but I purchased the geek squad plan. They replace or will let me up grade to the newest model. This is the best one for my situation. I have 3 Australia shepherds and they shed like crazy( indoor dogs). I do have to empty the dirt bind daily and clean the brush every 3 days. Still love it. I have called the customer service center when I couldn’t get the settings to work and they worked with me until we got it programmed
