“No one has explained on the reviews how to work the machine with making the coffee and using the milk frother, or making a cappichino's and how the expresso works. I am confused about how to operate these machines, as I have no experience.”

The machine comes with instructions on how to operate. I recommend reading that. It’s very simple, insert the pod, fill the water, select which size cup you would like, and wait. With the frother, if you look inside you will find a max and minimum line that you can poor milk to. You can use any type of milk. I look oat milk. If you would like to have a cold foam, you must hold the button the entire time. Otherwise press the button once and it will make a hot foam for you. Super easy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So for the milk frother, you press the button once if you want the foam hot and if you want it cold then hold down for two seconds and let go. It will froth on it’s own until ready! I suggest using heavy whip and add vanilla or whatever flavor you prefer for a yummy foam. :) I usually just add caramel syrup and press down two seconds for cold foam! As for the nespresso machine it’s actually pretty simple. Just add water to the back and put your pod in! You can either choose to do one shot of espresso (left button) or two shots of espresso (right button). Lungo pods are the ones that are usually two shots of espresso. Make sure for this exact machine though that you buy the mini pods not the regular sized ones!

Plug in. Press the on button up top - it should light up/glow and blink. Wait. Steady light indicates "ready" Lift tab in front, insert pod into place, close lid - again it should "click/lock" into place. Place cup below water dispenser onto drain pad. Press the on button - will flash and burn steady when ready. Press the one or two - single or double lighted button of your choosing. Machine will make the coffee and crema. Machine will stop automatically, Remove cup. Enjoy and or add frothed milk. IF DESIRED - place another cup in, lift the pod lid, pod will fall below into empty container bin, close lid, repeat on button sequence for a clean water rinse if using different flavored pod for second cup IMHO Frothing devise / Unit Inspect and make sure the magnetized spinner is in place - IMPORTANT Pour cold milk to desired level, Place lid on securely. Plug in. light button will flash. Wait. When lighted button turns steady. Steady = it is ready. Press lighted button. Unit will stop automatically. When done, remove lid and pour. Enjoy!!!!! RECOMENDED - rinse or wipe out unit after empty or between uses to prevent build up. Simple but important

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would recommend going to youtube video tutorials - that is how we figured it out - really pretty easy. We usually do the milk frother first....just plug the frother in - add milK to the lower line...put on cover and push the button - frother will turn off when it is done. Super easy. We then add the frothed milk to a cup and put under the coffee maker. (we did buy a smaller coffee cup to fit under the unit but you can remove the bottom to put in a larger mug...hit either of the top buttons to turn machine on to heat water.....lift lid to place in coffee pod....close lid and then hit the small icon cup button if you want stronger expresso type coffee or the larger icon cup if you want less strong. The old pod automatically drops into a "catch" bin when you lift the lid to make a new cup. When full -you just slide out the bin - we empty it and put them in the Nespresso recycle bag (which Nespresso sent to us when we ordered coffee pods). Youtube is your friend - check it out!!!
