How to set up the mini nest null

In order for you to complete the setup process of the Nest Mini, make sure that the smartphone you'll use to set up the device has the latest version of the Google app and the Home app. We recommend following the steps on the Google Help article here for detailed instructions: https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/7029485

You go through the you use the Google Home app. Tap on the gear icon (settings). Then tap add device. I had no issues with adding mine
