• A:Answer Yes, this item is for hotspots; you can tell it's the hotspot one because it says "wireless internet connect" and not data. Add it by logging into the Net10 website, and you should be able to see your devices and their plans and add this to the device.

Q: QuestionOne answer says that hotspots only work with Net10 phones but I see that previous questions were answered by representatives from Tracfone. Are Tracfone and Net10 connected, so that I could use a Net10 hotspot with my Tracfone phone & service?
