All of the ports are multi, so they all can be input or output.

If you are expanding the LAN ports then no it does not matter.

Does not matter on this switch, however if you have a managed switch you would need to configure the ports you use but most allow plug and play unless configured otherwise.

Some switches prioritize various ports. If so, they usually print it above/below the ports in question. This is not one of those. Plug it where you will.

Shouldn't matter which port the router is plugged into, just be sure to select the proper port on the router.

No. Vit i usually plug it into the last port so that i know which port has the internet. O switches. Plug and play
