A:Answeryes there is. I had to call NETGEAR customer service and they guided me through this process. I had to push the reset button with a paper clip on the side of your extender to start the process. I wish I could remember step by step on how we did it, but I just don't remember. Give them a call. A:AnswerI had some trouble setting this up. I called Netgear and they talked me through it. Works fine. You'll need to be in the same room as your wifi router. Plug in Netgear and logon to Netgear WIFI. Follow from there. If you can't, just call. 90 days of free phone service is included. Be patient, they are in India but it works.
