• Yes, this modem works great with my centurylink DSL account. I'm able to stream multiple phones, tablets, smart tvs, and computers for my household by this wireless device.

• Yes, I am on CenturyLink DSL and this works fine. I have one computer on Ethernet, a Surface Pro 3, Nook HD+, and an Android phone on wifi.

• No it will not work with Century Link at least not where I live. This modem/router is ADSLx2 and you need VDSL. I tried it and had to call tech out who advised of situation. Had to switch modem. ADSL is too slow

• Works with CenturyLink DSL, not sure if the added Dish would affect it.
