This works as a router. So anything your internet does this does. It’s the $ plan you have with your mobile company that determines how much data (I.e. movie watching) you can use monthly. Overall this works really well in areas you don’t have normal internet service. Hope this helps.

So to answer your question, yes Netflix, YouTube, and Safari will “work with this,” as long as you have a device that can connect to WiFi. I travel a lot and use this for gaming, Netflix, YouTube, web browsing, etc… it provides fast reliable internet as long as the cellular signal is good. Hope that helps!
