You will not have an issue. I live in a 2 story 3500 square foot house and the device is in the front living room. We have full coverage throughout the house and speeds at 5ghz exceeding 200mps. It's a great product.

This modem went on sale after doing lots of research, we figured we would give it a try. Omg, I wish I would of done this a long time ago. We now have , no problems s. Comcast modem sucked. We live in a 2 story, 3200 sq ft home with no problems with the internet or WiFi, after the purchase of this modem. The modem is in the top far corner of the house. No problem in the house, all locations.

I used this model to replace the blast modem I was renting from xfinity because I was dropping conference calls on my laptop due to WiFi signal weakness. Since I replaced it I have not dropped a call. In addition I have much better bandwidth throughout my home! Highly recommend.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have this modem-router in our finished basement and we receive a good signal on both floors. I do suggest placing the modem in the center of your home for the best results.
