• Yes However, the modem performance is likely worse than the modem provided by your ISP.

• According to the NETGEAR website, yes it does. Their (http://www.netgear.com/home/products/networking/dsl-modems-routers/D7000.aspx) page says "Compatible with ADSL/ADSL2/ADSL2+ and VDSL/VDSL2"
