Sre, if you have a Verizon package with unlimited hotspot and a newer celphone, you can use the phone for simple internet. I hve used my phone to game on a PS5 when my cable internet is out. There are other verizon packages that are cheaper byt have a set amount of hotspot data. It all depends on what you want to do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need an internet service provider. My cable company allows me to purchase an internet connection without having to subscribe to a tv package. If you don't have cable available, you will need a satellite provider such as hughes net or perhaps even your cell phone provider. (note: this is not a recommendation for any service provider). No matter what you choose, you will have to connect the provider to this router in order to have wifi available. Hope this helps.
