• A:Answer No, it does not. Also, if you get a Xfinity package that includes voice (even if Xfinity says it is fine to have this modem), Xfinity will later unilaterally change your plan to a higher cost plan on the reason that their voice package requires a modem that handles voice. The reason Xfinity gives is that the FCC mandates this requirement, although Xfinity representatives that sell you services initially do not tell you this at the time of sale.
