Does this modem work with CenturyLink? null

Heck no. Century Link doesn't use cable, so a cable modem won't work with their service.

This modem will only work for cable providers. You'll need a DSL modem with CenturyLink. Its best to use the modems they provide unless you know how to configure a store bought device. CenturyLink will not configure or support a modem that is not theirs.
