Yes, but I would recommend turning OFF the wi-fi on your Summit Broadband modem/router and just using the Netgear Router's wi-fi. If you click on Summit's "Support" link on their website, then select "Internet", there are a number of frequently asked questions (FAQ) with answers and one of them is direcctly related to using your own router with their broadband service. Also, be sure you secure your own router with a strong wi-fi password. Do NOT leave it unsecured.
