As for the first question: yes, you can configure VPN on the Orbi router (not so sure about your second question, however): -Sign into your Orbi router (type the default gateway IP into your browser, which is typically 192.168.1.1) -Username is typically "admin", and the password would be whatever you used during the initial set-up of the router (note: this is NOT your network key, this is a separate password you typed during initial set-up). -What you're looking for is in the Advanced tab (click on Advanced tab, then "Advanced" sidebar link, then VPN Service) -Check the "Enable VPN" check-box, then click on the set-up instructions if you use OpenVPN. If not, then you'd need to configure it with your VPN client. Not sure if your VPN client can handle all of that for you, but it's a start nonetheless....
