I tried over and over and was never able to connect it with the router provided by Spectrum. I ended up buying a Netgear router that allows me to choose between 2 ghz and 5 ghz. The washer and dryer connected perfectly after that. I’ve seen many other people with this issue, most of them with the same Spectrum router I had.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This router and satellite have three hidden antennas in them one transmits 2.4ghz, one 5ghz, and the third is for communicating back and forth. I see no reason they wouldn’t work with your washer/dryer. The router puts out both signals at once.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Wi-if 6e let’s you connect at 2.4ghz and 5.8ghz+ the new channels 6E brings. My Whirlpool washer and dryer connect just fine and need 2.4ghz as well.
