• A:Answer Probably not. When I was a Comcast XFINITY customer, their feed to our home came in on coaxial ("coax") cable. The Netgear WNDR3400-100NAS router has no coax ports on it. I'm using this router with a different ISP which I'm using because I moved to a rural area that does not have Comcast service. When I was a Comcast customer, I used a Netgear C3700-100NAS DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem, and it worked very well for us.

• A:Answer Not in my opinion. A limited number of wi-fi range extenders can also serve as access points. A very cost-effective solution is tp-link TL-WA855RE which "Supports AP mode which creates a new Wi-Fi Access point". I have used this unit for streaming with good results.

• A:Answer Yes. Here in the pandemic, my wife has used Zoom and Google Duo with good results. Obviously, your ISP needs to provide enough bandwidth for it to work. We have 10 Mbps.

• A:Answer I believe this one is only a router. That is how I am using it. Comcast/Xfinity keeps a list of compatible modems for your level of service with them. Q: QuestionI have a netgear N-150 Wireless router.. my house is one level, 2500 ft2. I have a Roku + stick on each of 3 TVs. Streaming performance is a little skectchy at times.Would a Netgear N-600 be better? I also get my landline phone service via my internet.
