I am using 2 of these devices. One to extend to the far end of my house, the other to extend into a basement surrounded by concrete.

Yes you can . We have used as many as 4 on some larger yachts.

You can connect multiple extension devices to your main router, but connecting multiple extensions in a chain will cause your wireless to slow exponentially at each addition.
