A:AnswerI’d suggest upgrading your internet to the next tier or so. With gaming or streaming, it takes a lot of bandwidth from all the information being sent and received. If your internet connection is slow, than all that information is shared between all the devices currently connected. Upgrading your internet speeds will offer a lot more bandwidth speed offered to be shared between heavy use devices.
A:AnswerI have my extender ~20 feet away from the primary wifi router and it works great. I placed mine in a dead area where without the extender, a device will only receive a two-bar signal.
A:AnswerIf you are streaming in standard definition than you could hardwire your TV into this device and it should be okay. But of you are streaming in high definition this will most likely not keep up. And if you are streaming in 4k forget about this, you need a much better mesh Wifi system. One like the Orbi which uses a third, high band like 50GHz for connectivity of your extenders so they don't interfere with your 5GHz or 2.4 GHz endpoint connectivity.
A:AnswerExactly the same reason I bought my NETGEAR - Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender. I have a workshop in my garage, which is about 75' from my router in the basement. After the initial setup, I located the extender about mid way between the router and my shop. Works fine.
A:AnswerAn Ethernet cable is what we used before Wifi. It provides wired network access. You can purchase a USB to Ethernet for laptops but I hardly see the point as all laptops should have Wifi. And if they don't you can get USB wifi adapters.
A:AnswerHi Afria yes this product will work in Europe but you will need to purchase an outlet adapter to go along side of it. Because it is made for continental outlet instead of the standard European outlet.
A:AnswerIf it emits a WiFi signal, you should be able to use this. There’s a specific button on my router that makes it connect to these devices and the ATT router should have that as well.
