A:Answer If by "twc" you mean Time Warner Cable, then no. In that case, the modem you refer to is an Arris Surfboard cable modem, not a DSL modem. Cable and DSL are not the same thing. Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Cox, Charter, CableOne, Optimum, and a few others are cable internet providers. CenturyLink, AT&T, Verizon, and Frontier are DSL providers(although I think Frontier might have both). If your ISP uses cable, you need a cable modem. If your ISP uses DSL, you need a DSL modem. This Netgear DM200-100NAS is a DSL modem. (The question was asked over 3 months ago, but I am answering for the benefit of others)
