None of this is correct in 2024 in the Dallas Fort Worth area. When I purchased my stereo on Feb 23rd no install was available or offered by the store. Now, no one from any stores in the DFW market answer the phone. It goes to a call center. They also will not schedule. They refer you to the store. Unless you physically go back to that department they will not work with you to help this process. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ken Macomber - if you read this, please look into how your managers are routing calls and in-store customers..

What a joke! 1 -800 service gives you a person you can’t understand and have trouble communicating what you need for a service from Best Buy. I would suggest not buying from Best Buy!! The headaches are not worth the bull you have to put up with!!
