Can this unit be used for wine bottles, too? null

yes, the racks can be changed to accommodate wine bottles, you could even stand them up in the bottom to hold a large amount of bottles and but beers in the top few rows

The temp for most beverages vs wine is cooler but the bottom of the fridge does have a mold to hold 6 bottles of wine.

It doesn't have 2 compartments so you can only keep it at one temperature. Wine should be held at about 55° while beer and soda is about 34° to 36°. So if you want to keep both in it you will have either have very cold wine or warm beer and soda, your choice.

You'd have to remove a rack or two but, yes it can.
