• Yea it does continuous filming. It overrides oldest footage first. It depends on the resolution on how much it can record. Requires no data plan. I love mine so far. Very good resolution and video looks great.

• Yes it just records over old footage. Not too sure how much footage, I don't go back and check a month back or so but when I do usually it shows last couple of days. It captures GPS by using your phones GPS. It even has speed limits.
