Once the DVR runs out of memory, it is programmed to continue recording on top of the oldest records. The DVR never stops recording. The recording time will depend on the amount of memory, the type of camera and what type of recording you have programmed. A system with 1 TB hard disk, with 4 channels, 4 cameras, recording nonstop on D1 resolution will last about 45 days.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Approx 6 months of footage before it is full...you can expand the hard drive buy buying and external USB drive and plugging it into the dvr also...very convenient.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I takes a little more than two weeks for the system to start erasing whats on the hard drive, that is if you are using 4 cameras.. if you get an extra four cameras in the future you probably cut that time in half.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As I understand it with 4 cameras I would guess 6months. for 1 TB.. Again all depends on how much it records with the motion setting not continues recording.
