If the cable is good and you have tried switching monitors and it still does not work, take the cover (4 screws) off the DVR. Inside you will find a 2032 lithium battery. Replace it. This worked on a WNVR-20B-41. Night Owl would prefer you replace the system instead of the battery. Technical support did not even know if there was a video card or not.

I would first check the connection cables: whether you are using the VGA or HDMI outputS Another way to see if it may just be your monitor that is no longer working, is attempt to access it via remotely (the phone app or ping it via your modem) to see if your system is still recording and operating. After you do that. I would then investigate the monitor: check the power cable, and input connection that is coming from the DVR output. It may be just that your monitor is on the wrong input source.
