I have a support ticket in on this and they still have not replied. I experience this each month. Nightowl app tokens expire each month and I have to log out and back in to get a new token to be able to view. It’s crap because I use long complex passwords on all things... no logical reason for them to force expires. Same issue exists in my iPhone, iPad and android tablet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have found that about once a month I have to log into the Night Owl website to confirm ID or something, and get a new token. Once I do that, I can reset the doorbell without a problem.
