Yes. The Nikon AF-P 70-300 4.5-5.6E ED VR lens will fit and will work with your Nikon D3300 and have no limitations with this DSLR camera model. Using the Nikon AF-P 70-300 4.5-5.6E ED VR, which is an FX lens, with the D3300 DX-format DSLR camera will introduce a 1.5 crop factor, giving you a maximum angle of view of 22°50' and a minimum angle of view of 5°20'. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but it is meant for FX, full frame, Nikon cameras. Your camera will only take advantage of the center of the image the lens projects because your sensor is smaller than the FX sensor the lens was made for. The image would be cropped 1.5 to the DX sensor in your camera, and be equivalent to a 105-450mm lens on a 35mm. Unless you plan to get an FF camera, the cheaper, and made for your DX type camera, Nikon - AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED VR Telephoto Zoom Lens for Nikon APS-C F-mount cameras - Black, is a better idea. Note that this lens will also be equivalent to a 105-450mm lens on a full frame camera, because your camera is a "crop sensor" DX, but you will be using the entire image the lens projects, and that lens is also excellent, and made for your camera. (Be sure to get the slightly more expensive model with VR - vibration reduction, which is very useful in a telephoto lens.)
