“How to recharge battery? I recently purchased a Nikon Coolpix s9600 but it does not seem to hold a charge. I called the company and they dont have any advice. Do i need to remove to SD card? This just seems complicated. I need help. Thanks”

I also just bought a Nikon Coolpix S9600. I do not have any problems with battery life. I just came back from a trip where I was taking pictures all day long, yet the battery charge indicator showed an almost full charge at the end of the day. I'm assuming you are plugging the cord if firmly, seeing the green charge light on during the charge and off when charge is complete.
