Hi Debbie, The AC adapter is a Nikon Battery Charger Model: MH-24 Input : 100-240v~ 50-60Hz Max 0.2A Output : 8.4V 0.9A

The D3200 comes with a Nikon EN-EL14 rechargeable Li-ion battery and a Nikon MH-24 charger. The optional EH-5b, EH-5a, or EH-5 AC adapters can be used to power the camera for extended periods. When using one of these AC adapters, the EP-5a Power Connector (sold separately) is required to complete the connection with the camera.
