• The Nikon D3500 DSLR camera supports SD, SDHC and SDXC type memory cards. This includes SDHC and SDXC cards complaint with UHS-1. Sandisk, Toshiba, Panasonic, Sony SF-M series and Lexar Media cards have been approved for use in the D3500. You can use up to 512GB cards but this depends on the card brand being used. For more specification regarding approved cards for this camera model please contact Nikon Support.

• I bought a d3500 2-lens kit online in 2020, and it came with a 128GB sd card... I have yet to get anywhere near filling it; I spent 2 hours at a Tulip farm near me, taking over 300 pics, with the camera set up to take both an *.nef image, and a *.jpg with the 'fine' setting... It took up around 10% of the cards capacity...
