- Answer No. The LCD screen is built into the back of the camera. It is not a touch screen but can see a live view of what you are shooting.

- Answer You would have to buy a separate adapter that would work with your specific lens. The quality may not be as good as the Nikon lenses provided.

- Answer This is a D-SLR not a Bridge or pocket zoom camera. As in film photography, You twist the lens barrel to zoom. The included lens is NOT a long reach zoom lens for arena sports or birding - it is more of a wide angle to standard portraiture lens. The lens will autofocus and auto adjust aperture in the Tv or AUTO modes. But you can run it manually when you get advanced skills.

- Answer You may want to FORMAT the card first in camera, using the TOOLS (hammer/wrench) menu - usually the last line item on the list. If formatting does not work, likely either the card may be bad, or you inserted it with label facing wrong direction. HTH - Sandy

- Answer My Grand Daughters have the 3400 and the one we bought for our other Grand Daughter is a 3500, the girls swap the lens back and forth between the two.
