• Yes, the ML-L3 Wireless Remote Control is compatible with the D5500. Detailed instructions on using the ML-L3 with the D5500 can be found starting on page 107 of the D5500 Reference Manual. The D500 Reference Manual can be downloaded from here: http://downloadcenter.nikonimglib.com/en/products/196/D5500.html . Nikon’s Wireless Mobile Utility (WMU) App can also be used as a remote trigger for the D5500 . The WMU app can be installed on compatible iOS and Android Smart Devices.
