Is Best Buy an authorized Nikon USA Dealer null

Definitely! HOWEVER, once you submit your order, the priority delivery option Nikon is offering to Nikon Professional Services (NPS) members is not available for Best Buy. Still not a dealbreaker for me since I wasn’t in a rush to get my camera. It took about 2 weeks (Oct. 20th - order date) for mine to be delivered.

Yes they are. You can search the web for "Nikon Authorized Dealers" and will find a PDF list that Nikon updates every few months. Best Buy has been on that list for quite some time. I had no issues registering my Best Buy purchased Z9 on the Nikon site.
