“When I purchased this Ninja air fryer. It said model AF101, but when I received it. It is the model AF100. Are they the same? Also the description said there is a multi layer rack comes with it. And the one I received didn't come with the rack.”

The product is the same except the AF100 does not come with the second level stainless steel cooking grate. If you payed for the AF101 and the unit itself says it’s a AF100, have Best Buy customer service call NINJA and the will send you one in 3 days, no charge.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Model AF 100 does not come with the multi-layer rack, so you will want the one you actually ordered, AF 101, if you would like that rack. Based on reading these reviews, that rack will very helpful if you want to make bacon, among other things.
