- Answer We would like to confirm that the basket and crisper plate can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by handwashing in warm soapy water. The rest of the unit can be cleaned using a cloth and warm soapy water.

When using the roast function, you do not need to add any additional accessories to the inner pot. With this being said, you can use the Multi-Layer Rack when roasting to be able to cook more at one time. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team

QuestionDoes anyone know why the crisper is coming out from the basket when I turn it down? how can I fix it? I don´t know if the problem is the crisper, the basket or what.

- Answer I think the inner tray that holds foods up from resting on the bottom of the basket is loose to let the user lift it out for cleaning. If you try to dump out your fries and the rack falls out too, just use tongs or another non scratch tool to hold the rack in place as the food drops to your plate. I lift the rack out before pouring out accumulated cooking fats onto paper towels or another disposable container.
