- Answer My guess is it is double insulated just like some power tools. If this is a concern, contact Ninja and ask them. They are the manufacture.

- Answer the basket is part of the bottom with the handle when you pull it out. you cannot pull the basket out.

- Answer The fan speed is higher on the roast and air fry settings, to allow for faster crisping of the outside of the food, while maintaining a juicy inside.

QuestionIs this supposed to pause when you pull out the basket? Mine does not and I have to manually push pause to check on my food but the other units by different manufacturers pause automatically and I'm thinking the safety feature is not working.

- Answer Not really it comes with a litile grill rail that lets the air fryer heat pass evenly . I usually just set my chicken nuggets and bagel bites to fry without flipping and there dope.
