    • QuestionIf the lid has an issue, (like that open to clean door which looks ready to break off), can you get a new lid as a stand-alone replacement part or do you have to purchase the entire $75 pitcher with the lid included??

      • Answer There's all different parts listed on the manufacturers website. I opted to buy another travel cup and went online and checked ninja's website and they have all sorts of parts available for this model.

    • QuestionDoes the vacuum feature work in other modes besides juicing? For example, if I were to make a smoothie with the auto IQ option will it still remove air from the cup/jar the same way it does when juicing?

      • Answer You can remove the air after mixing. But you are not able to add the function into the other pre-stored options. If you juice it automatically does it. But there is a button you can press and it will take out the air from the containers. You just have to be sure to use the air seal release valve before trying to open the containers!
