Is this also an espresso machine? null

It makes an espresso-like coffee but doesn't compress the coffee into a puck and use pressure for a traditional espresso. I did buy an espresso roast and used the specialty option on the machine and was impressed with the espresso-like pour. It wasn't perfect but was darn near close. I would recommend using a paper filter if using an espresso grind in this machine as the finer grinds will make their way through the mesh.
