- Answer Pretty much. It isn't explicitly called espresso, but they use the terminology "Specialty." Their definition of specialty is "an ultra-rich concentrate that allows you to create your favorite coffeehouse-style drinks, one cup at a time. This setting will brew 4 oz.

- Answer First ensure it is the clean light and not the "stop drip". If so, clean it. It is telling you that It is time to clean it via cleaning cycle with cleaning agent.

- Answer Hello, We are happy to assist you with your inquiry about the Ninja Coffee Bar® 10-Cup Coffee Maker. The length of time it takes to brew will vary on size and brew type. For example, it takes approximately 8 minutes to brew a full carafe on the Classic brew setting. It takes approximately 3 minutes to brew a cup on the Classic Brew setting. When you switch to Rich or Over Ice brew the brew time will take longer. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team

QuestionNo auto shutoff feature and no mention of it in the manual. If you feel the machine it stays hot and waits to burn down your home unless you manually turn it off. $150 and no safety feature, interesting. Am I missing something?

- Answer Tuzle, there is no keep warm button as this is the metal carafe model and doesn't have a hot plate.

This machine allows you to choose how long the Intelligent Warming Plate stays on for, from 0 minutes up to 4 hours. The hot surface light will still come on. With this being said, the Intelligent Warming Plate adjusts how much heat is delivered to the carafe to keep your coffee hot without burning it, which would leave the coffee tasting bitter.
