That will make it easier for you to get a replacement under warranty, but if you go to the Ninja website and do the chat option and let them know what happened they will ship you a new one out, they are fantastic about warranty things!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to contact Ninja customer service or I also believe they sell the individual pieces on their site. I would most definitely contact them though because depending on when you purchased it may be covered under warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call ninja/shark. They will ask you to read some numbers (one number is on the plug that goes into your wall). They will send you a new one. It took about a week to get mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the glass is very hard to was due to it has a small opening you need a baby bottle cleaner to clean it and be very carful its a very thin glass it brakes so easy I broke two I use my other coffee glass and works same . I refuse to buy another one.
