What is needed to make ice cream? null

The average ingredients from any recipe you find online would work. For example heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, whole milk, and whatever mix ins you would like.

To make ice cream you need heavy cream, milk, sugar and flavorings-like mint extract to make mint choc chip and chocolate chips, of course. You can make sorbets by freezing fruit. I also made a wonderful eggnog smoothie just by freezing eggnog.

There are different recipies. The sorbet is just fruit. For ice cream; sugar, cream, flavoring. A lot of ice cream reciepes call for cream cheese. I substitute coconut milk. The machine does not use ice or ice cream salt. You freeze the small containers. Then pour in the incrediants and use the Ninja to mix and make the ice cream.
