I have the same problem. I’ve tried 5 different k cups and still get a ton of grounds in my coffee. This is my 3rd coffee maker as they have been replaced for not functioning properly. I just think it’s a very poorly designed coffee maker. You’d think you could use it like it was designed but you can’t use pods. So very frustrating!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this is a problem that ninja will not address and clearly has no idea how to fix. I’m on my second ninja coffee pot in a row. I have the dual brew, after so many problems with getting coffee grounds in my coffee, they ended up sending me a brand new pot. Within three weeks, The brand new pot started doing the same thing. I’ve used many different types of K cups different brands and nothing seems to fix the issue very poorly made product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem. Only a couple months old and grounds every time. Finally found Camerons eco pods coffee doesnt have the whole plastic k cup and works perfectly. No more grounds in my cup
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve had this happen with some pods. I did a descale using the adaptor and that seemed to help. I truly feel that some brands use a real fine grind that clogs the small needle. I’ve taken to using a small strainer over the cup while brewing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use spring water. Filtered or soft water is more acidic and more viscous. This causes the coffee grounds to break down and clog the filter which over pressurizes the pod and blows the filter or lid.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s not normal but I watch the three needles and notice that after several cups there is a buildup of grounds around them. I take out the K-cup attachment and entire brew basket and rinse them well. Maybe that will work for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm having the same issue. This will be my 3rd one once I call for another replacement. I've only had this for less than a year and mostly delt with trying to get it to work properly, even with spring water. In my opinion, we shouldn't have to do anything special or constant maintenance after every cup brewed to make a product work that is specifically desiged to do something that the cheapest of coffee makers do without issue. Their poor engineering design shouldn't be the customers issue to just deal with. Being very busy, it is extremely frustrating to have to call warranty and jave constant issues. The product looks great but is a terrible investment.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s the coffee maker. I remove the foil cover from the k-cup and use a paper filter for single mug feature or ice brew coffee
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have not had this problem.
