The thermal carafe model does not have a warmer plate. The thermal carafe is designed to keep coffee hot for hours. If you want a warmer plate, you'll need to obtain the model that is supplied with a glass carafe.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m having trouble getting the Warmer option to turn on. I’ve made full pots and never see the Warmer icon lit up. I choose the correct brew cycle. Also can’t see the boil or hot temp indicators since I first started the setup. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

I am on the phone with them right now about this and they're going to send me another karafe. Um....... I don't think that's going to fix it.

I'm not sure why so many people are advising you to get a different model if you want a warming plate, since you didn't ask about a warming plate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have a thermal carafe, you will not have a warmer. If you have a glass carafe, like I do, then you should have an intelligent warming plate. See the description in the owners manual. Note the warming light icon will not come on until after the unit has become warm. Per the manual "It will stay on until the plate is cooled down."
