“Does any one have a problem of leaking from the double wall of the stainless steel Thermal Carafe? Mine is leaking and makes a mess pouring the coffee”

Yes, the exact same problem as you're having. I can see how it happens. Whoever designed this carafe wasn't goid at their job didn't take into account physics. There's a seam on the inside and the outside where the metal spout/rim sets into the black plastic handle. Every time coffee is poured a little bit of coffee drips down inside tbe handle. After the carafe is empty washed and dried I can shake the carafe & hear fluid that has built up inside the handle. The spout and handle should have been designed as one piece, not two.
