• The interior of the Ninja - Foodi 10-in-1 Smart XL Air Fry Oven is Galvanized Cold Rolled Steel. It's very easy to clean.

• Interior appears to be galvanized metal. So far easy to clean. I live brother pan at bottom of the oven. I use aluminum foil to line the pan and place it on the bottom rack. I clean the oven after each 3 or 4 uses and reline the pan. I use magic erasers from mr clean on oven side and top walls. Much easier to get too over the flip oven.
