QuestionWill the baking dish or pan stay balanced on the oven rack when it is pulled out to remove dish? In other words, is the rack completely stable on the side tracks and not dip to the back or front of the oven?

- Answer It can slide out almost to the end of the rack. But it is easier to take it out because of the size and you will be so close to the heat. Plus you will definitely let out all your heat

- Answer There is one mode REHEAT where the fan doesnt run, all the other modes it does and usually at a rather loud level.

- Answer I would say in theory, yes. And, I'd use a pot such as a Dutch oven pot that can be used in a conventional oven. But, as I see it, it's an oven and not a stove top burner so, using it for things you would do on a stove top burner is probably not recommended. This is only my opinion and not a professional statement.

- Answer So you've probably read the "Important Safeguards" and it doesn't have the parameters for placement, but taking into account that nothing should be touching any external surface of the oven and one of the Safeguard requirements being, ". . . provide adequate space (at least 1 inch above and on all sides) for air circulation.", I'd say it's a one inch clearance requirement. The top does get warm/hot, but not to the point where it'd result in combustion of solid pieces of wood laying directly on the top of the oven. Newsprint or paper towels, though? Possibly.

- Answer Id say at least 4-5 inches, i have it on my counter with a cabinet right above and haven't had any issues. Do be careful of the wall behind because it may burn/stain from the vents in the back

- Answer They can save 10 cents by not putting in a splatter screen. Also since it's nearly impossible to clean they can get you to just buy a new one much earlier.
